We build AI systems. We do not promise outcomes.
Actionable AI builds AI systems, provides coaching, and installs workflows. We do not guarantee outcomes, revenue, growth, time savings, or any other business result.
Every metric referenced on this site — revenue figures, follower counts, businesses built, time saved — reflects Cooper Simson's personal results and is not a representation, warranty, or promise of the results you will experience.
Your outcomes depend on your effort, execution, market conditions, existing operations, prior skill, and factors outside our control. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Past performance does not predict future performance.
If you are not comfortable with the fact that business results are never guaranteed, you should not engage our services.
What Actionable AI Is
Actionable AI is a provider of AI coaching, consulting, and custom implementation services, operated by Cooper Simson in British Columbia, Canada. Pricing, scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or scope-of-work document.
Inquiries vs. Engagement
Submitting the contact form, subscribing to the newsletter, or interacting with this site does not create a client relationship or service agreement. Any paid engagement requires a separately signed scope-of-work document and payment per its terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — copy, frameworks, branded terminology including "Chief Agent Officer Framework," "5 Daily Non-Negotiables," "Agent Blueprint Library," and other proprietary language — is owned by Cooper Simson / Actionable AI.
You may reference or quote our content with clear attribution and a link back. You may not copy, rebrand, redistribute, repackage, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Engagement Terms
Terms specific to coaching, consulting, or custom-build engagements — including scope, payment, deliverables, cancellation, and confidentiality — are covered in the scope-of-work document for each engagement. Those terms govern the engagement, not this page.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Actionable AI's total liability to you arising from your use of this site or reliance on any information on it is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss of data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
