How is this different from Custom Build?
Consulting is hands-on — we build it together so your team learns to extend it. Custom Build is hands-off — I build it async and deliver a finished system. Pick consulting if you want your team skilled up. Pick custom build if you want it done.
What tools do you integrate with?
Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail), Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, HubSpot, Asana, Slack, and anything else with an API. StackAdapt and Reddit Ads get workarounds via scheduled exports.
Does our team need to be on every session?
Your primary ops lead and the person who'll own the systems need to be on every session. Other team members can drop in as relevant. Sessions are recorded so nobody misses context.
Do you need admin access to our Workspace?
Yes — delegated admin on Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and Sheets. We set up a dedicated Claude organization account so your client data stays in your environment, not mine.
What about the Claude subscription cost?
Billed separately by Anthropic. Typical agency setup runs $140-180/mo for the team. We'll size it on the scope call.
