Actionable AI is operated by Cooper Simson, based in British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at cooper@theactionableai.com.

What We Collect

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email, company, monthly revenue range, service interests, and the message you send.
  • Newsletter signups: your email address, collected and managed by our email provider (Beehiiv).
  • Basic analytics: page views, referrer, device type, and approximate location, collected by Vercel Analytics. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, no personally identifiable tracking.

Why We Collect It

We collect this information to respond to your inquiry, deliver the newsletter you opted into, and understand how the site is used so we can make it better. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Where It Lives

  • Notion — contact form submissions are stored in our CRM (Notion).
  • Resend — transactional emails (form notifications) are sent via Resend.
  • Beehiiv — newsletter subscribers are managed in Beehiiv's platform.
  • Vercel — aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices; we only send them the data described above.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing cooper@theactionableai.com. We respond to GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California) requests within 30 days.

Cookies

The site uses Vercel Analytics, which sets no third-party advertising cookies. Beehiiv's newsletter form and Whop community links may set cookies on their respective domains when you click through. We do not use retargeting pixels.

Children

Our services and this website are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
