Actionable AI teaches business owners to build their own AI operating system. Founded by Cooper Simson (111K on Instagram, 32K newsletter readers, 10M+ views in 2026). Two-person team today, Cooper and Josh, hiring the first four people to take a single $15K, 3-month AI Operator program to 20-30 clients by December and $20M in 2027. Based in Kelowna, BC.

Responsibilities
- Answer every inbound DM and comment the same day, Pacific hours.
- Run daily outbound to warm followers, commenters, and resource downloaders.
- Qualify on revenue, team size, what they have tried with AI, and what they want.
- Book qualified calls, log every conversation in the CRM, hand off clean notes.
- Follow up until they book or say no. Report the numbers daily.
What we need
- You have set appointments in DMs or by phone for a coach, agency, or high-ticket offer, and you can show the numbers.
- You write like a person, fast, and can match a founder's tone.
- You are organised: nothing falls through, every lead has a next step.
