An assistant that handles your email
It reads the inbox, sorts what matters from what does not, and drafts the replies in your voice. You approve and send. Most owners get an hour of their morning back.
The first one most people build
[ 01 ] · The Factory · projects finished, not started
Not a course. Work that is done. We build you a six month plan and most teams finish it in one or two, because we are available the whole way until the projects are actually done.
30 minutes · straight answer on fit · starts October

[ 02 ] · What it has done
Ad spend to revenue in two weeks, home services. Five times what their previous agency returned.
A year of agency fees cut for a food manufacturer doing $30M+.
A year saved by an operations manager who built his own agent after the program.
Client results. Sectors named, companies not, because these were agreed without a name attached.
[ 03 ] · What you actually build
These are the ones people pick most. Yours may be none of them, and that is fine: we work out your list in the first session. What does not change is that they get done.

Point it at the drive everyone has given up on. It reads, names and files everything, then answers questions about what is in there. You stop searching for documents.
Usually done in one session
03
Watches spend daily, flags what is working and what to kill, and writes the next round of creative. One client put $1,000 through theirs and got $12,000 back in two weeks.

The one Cooper runs himself. It takes one idea and turns it into the week of posts, in your voice, from your own material. He does 10M views a year with it, solo.
Replaces a content hire
05
Everything your business knows, in one place your whole team can ask questions of. New hires stop interrupting people to find out how things work.
The one that compounds
06
Reporting, follow-up, research, chasing the things nobody remembers to chase. They run at 3am and the work is waiting when you open the laptop.
Work that happens without anyone
[ 04 ] · What building one actually looks like
“Agent” is a word that explains nothing. Here is a real one, from the sentence you say out loud to the thing that runs at 6am without you.
"Every morning I go through the inbox and work out who actually needs me." That is it. That is the whole spec, and you already know it.
Not us building while you watch. Your hands, your laptop, your accounts. We are on the call telling you what to type and why. It takes about two sessions.
It flags the wrong three emails. You tell it why they were wrong. This is the part people skip and it is the part that makes it work.
You stop thinking about it. Someone on your team can change it because they watched it get built. Then you pick the next one.
Three to five of those. That is the whole programme. The reason it takes a few weeks each rather than an afternoon is week three: the part where it gets things wrong and you teach it. Nobody sells you that week, and it is the one that decides whether you still have a working system in month six.
[ 05 ] · How fast
Week 1
We pick your three to five projects and put them in order, hardest value first.
Weeks 2 to 4
Project one ships. You build it with Cooper beside you, in your own accounts.
Month 2
Most teams have finished their list by about here. This is the normal case, not the fast one.
Months 3 to 6
The runway. Something breaks, the business changes, you want a sixth project. We are still here.
The six months is how long you have us, not how long it takes. Two live sessions a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, every one recorded, and Cooper answering in between. Being available is the product.
[ 06 ] · Who is in the room
Included
4 seats
The owner and two people from the team. The ones who will open the tools every day and keep the agents running after the six months.
Add a seat
Bigger team? Fine.
Extra people can join for the full six months. Add them at kickoff or when a build needs them, and we price it on the call.
Why three
An owner alone builds a demo. An owner plus the two people who run the work builds a system that survives a week when the owner is away. Adoption is the standard of finished.

[ 08 ] · What it costs
The Factory
One price, up to four people, six months.
We give you the number on the call, once we know what you are actually trying to build. There is nothing added later and no upsell waiting at the end.
30 minutes. You get the number on it.
For comparison
$18,000
One entry-level hire for the same six months, before onboarding, management and churn. And they take what they learned with them when they leave. Your agents stay.

[ 10 ] · Questions
You do, with Cooper beside you. That is the point. Two sessions a week your team learns to build, and by month four they build on their own. Cooper stays on for the full six months as support, so nothing you build gets abandoned when it breaks or the business changes.
[ 11 ] · The Factory · six months
No pitch if it is not a fit. If it is, you leave with a kickoff date in October and the build order for your first sessions.
