I'm Cooper. I come up with the content; I need one smart person 100% focused on scaling it with me. You'll turn my entire Instagram catalog into daily output across YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reels, and film with me on the road and in studios. Remote to start, with about half your time in Kelowna, BC.

What you'll do

  • Work directly with Cooper: he creates the content, you scale it
  • Take the last 100 days of Cooper's Instagram content and repost as Shorts to YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Build alternate versions, hooks, captions, and formats per platform to test what wins
  • Run filming sessions on the road and in studios: lighting, audio, multi-cam
  • Edit short-form and long-form: cuts, captions, b-roll, motion graphics
  • Own the publishing schedule and the platform-specific metadata (titles, descriptions, tags)
  • Pair with the content agent on ideation and repurposing pipelines

What we're looking for

  • Strong portfolio of short-form and YouTube content you actually shipped
  • Speed and taste: comfortable with daily output and platform-native edits
  • Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci. Whichever you ship the fastest in.
  • You can run a shoot solo: tripod, mic, lights, backup
  • You can spend about 50% of your time in Kelowna, BC and travel for shoots
  • AI-native: you already use Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc. to move faster

Nice to have

  • Brand identity work or motion design
  • YouTube growth experience (titles, thumbnails, retention)
  • Audio mixing and color grading at a pro level
  • On-camera comfort if needed for B-roll narration
