How small is the small group?

Group sizes are intentionally capped so every operator gets real one-on-one time with Cooper. Not a 5,000-person webinar. Apply through the Work with Cooper button to lock a seat.

What if I can't make a call live?

Every call is recorded so you can rewatch and catch up whenever. Most members miss a week here and there, that's normal. The The Operator Room community is live in between calls if you need to ask Cooper something between sessions.

I'm not technical. Will I keep up?

Yes. You're learning to operate AI in your business, not write code. If you can describe how your business runs, you can do this. Cooper builds the systems with you and explains every piece in plain terms.
