How To Install Any Skill

1. Create the skill directory:

mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills/[skill-name]

2. Copy the SKILL.md content from the download link for each skill below. Paste it into SKILL.md inside that directory. Add reference files to a references/ subfolder if the skill has them.
3. Test it. Open Claude Code and try the trigger phrase. Claude picks up new skills automatically.

Skill 1: Grill Me

Claude's biggest problem is jumping into action too fast. Grill Me forces Claude to interview you with 10 to 15 detailed questions before it touches anything. By the end you have a full brief with shared understanding and the exact process defined.

Skill 2: Prompt Master

Takes your messy brain dump prompts and restructures them with best practices before Claude runs the task. It routes to the right optimization based on which AI tool you are targeting (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Midjourney, and 20+ more).

Skill 3: Fact Checker

Verifies every factual claim in anything Claude generates before you publish it. Cross references with web sources and rates each claim: True, Mostly True, Mixed, Mostly False, False, or Unverifiable.

Run on anything Claude writes that people will read. Catches AI words like "unlock", "leverage", "delve", "tapestry" and replaces them with how a real person talks. Based on Wikipedia's comprehensive signs of AI writing guide.

Skill 5: MCP Builder

Already built into Claude, but most people have no idea. If your software does not have an MCP connector, Claude builds you one from the API docs. Just say:

Use the MCP builder skill to build me an MCP for [software]

Claude reads the docs, asks about capabilities, and generates the full MCP server plus install instructions. Works with any software that has an API.
