What it does: inventories everything your AI loads (skills, instruction files, memory, tools), scores each one keep, merge, cut or unsure, proposes one folder per job, drafts the map file, and shows you the whole plan before it touches anything.

Prompt 2. The templates

What it does: finds every job you've asked AI for more than once, ranks your top 5, and builds a one-page template for each (purpose, inputs, steps, output format, a real finished example, a done check), then runs one on real work to prove it.
